Yes. ROXBASE works whether you have raced before or not. If you have a HYROX result, select it and we analyze your splits. If you are new, enter your 5K time and fitness level and we estimate your baseline. Either way, you get a fully personalized plan.

Most programs are fixed PDFs or AI chatbot workouts. ROXBASE uses a purpose-built algorithm to analyze your data, identify your weak points, and build a plan with structured periodization that recalibrates based on what you actually do.

Your plan responds to what you do. Miss a session? It recalibrates. Hit a new record? It progresses you. Change your schedule or equipment? It restructures. The algorithm handles it automatically.
